1. Eligibility

Locker Room is intended for current and former college athletes who can verify a valid school email address (typically .edu). You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this platform.

2. Anonymous Reviews & User Opinions

All reviews, ratings, and posts on Locker Room reflect the personal opinions and lived experiences of the individual user who submitted them. Locker Room does not independently verify every statement and does not endorse any review.

You agree that your posts must be truthful to the best of your knowledge, must not name or identify individuals (coaches, players, staff, family), and must comply with our Community Guidelines and Athlete Code of Conduct.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Personal attacks, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Defamatory statements about identifiable individuals.
• Sharing private contact information about any person.
• Spam, advertising, or coordinated brigading.
• Attempting to deanonymize other users.
• Submitting content you do not have the right to share.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, and a permanent ban without notice.

4. Moderation

All written content is screened by automated moderation systems (including AI-based filters) before publication and may be reviewed by human moderators at any time. We may remove or hide content that violates our policies, with or without notice. We may also restrict accounts that abuse the reporting system.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Locker Room is not responsible for any decisions made based on user-submitted content. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locker Room and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. DMCA & Takedown Requests

If you believe content on Locker Room infringes your rights or is defamatory with respect to you personally, you may submit a takedown request through the in-app report flow or by emailing the operator. We will review and act on valid requests promptly.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
